I’m glad you’re here. I’m a professor, retreat leader, consultant and preacher whose passion lies in encouraging the body of Christ. In 2014, I started a small retreat called the Spiritual Formation Leadership Summit. My goal was to nurture the soul of Christian leaders and equip them to more effectively disciple those in their care. From this humble beginning the Summit has grown to include

  • Three annual Spiritual Formation Leadership gatherings.

  • Learning Retreats that provide non-credit graduate level study in a retreat setting.

  • Small Group Discipleship Training rooted in an experiential curriculum delivered in a retreat setting and tailored to the needs of your local congregation.

  • Holy Land Pilgrimages that move beyond a tour to include formative elements and teaching by excellent seminary professors and archaeologists.

  • Sabbatical Coaching for leaders planning a Sabbatical.
